Jon has led design for enterprise software, startups and agencies he helped build — setting creative and UX direction, growing lean teams, and closing the gap between strategy and shipped product.
He designs the system, then builds it himself — in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern CMSs, with AI woven into the workflow. Helped launch AgencyOf and Clearfix Labs, and now ships his own tools as the founder of Bison Digital.
