CommunityAmerica was seeing a high drop-off rate during mobile signups for their popular Chiefs Checking account. Partnering with their internal UX team, I helped analyze existing research and behavioral data to uncover key friction points in the process. Using these insights, we streamlined the experience by removing unnecessary fields, clarifying the flow, and grouping steps into a more intuitive structure. The result was a cleaner, more engaging interface that significantly reduced abandonment rates and improved overall conversion.
