Mobile Signup + Membership Dashboards

CommunityAmerica was seeing a high drop-off rate during mobile signups for their popular Chiefs Checking account. Partnering with their internal UX team, I helped analyze existing research and behavioral data to uncover key friction points in the process. Using these insights, we streamlined the experience by removing unnecessary fields, clarifying the flow, and grouping steps into a more intuitive structure. The result was a cleaner, more engaging interface that significantly reduced abandonment rates and improved overall conversion.

  • CommunityAmerica’s existing membership dashboard was functional but outdated, making it difficult for members to track their accounts, benefits, and financial goals in one intuitive space. Our challenge was to reimagine the dashboard experience—modernizing the interface while aligning it with the credit union’s mission to empower financial well-being.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and leveraging user feedback, we redesigned the dashboard to surface the most relevant insights at a glance. Key improvements included personalized account overviews, clearer rewards tracking, goal-based financial planning tools, and streamlined navigation across mobile and desktop.

    The result? A cleaner, more engaging dashboard that makes it easier for members to stay informed, take action, and feel in control of their financial journey.
