Rx Savings Solutions helps members find lower-cost prescription options, but the existing portal made it hard for users to understand how the tool actually saved them money. Confusing navigation and a lack of clarity around savings opportunities led to low engagement.
I led the UX effort to simplify the user flow and make the value proposition immediately clear. We restructured the dashboard around real-time, personalized savings alerts and guided users through clear, step-by-step savings actions. The new experience prioritized plain language, visual clarity, and trust.
The result was a more intuitive experience that increased user confidence and engagement. After launch, Rx saw a noticeable uptick in repeat visits and savings actions taken.
In parallel, I proposed a refreshed logo and visual identity to better reflect the brand’s focus on clarity and consumer empowerment. Unfortunately, the new identity was tabled at the last minute and never saw the light of day.
