To streamline operations for a national logistics provider, I led the redesign of a complex Transportation Management System (TMS) and a complementary mobile app for out-gate inspectors. The legacy system suffered from a cluttered UI, inconsistent workflows, and a steep learning curve for dispatchers and yard personnel.
Through extensive stakeholder interviews and workflow analysis, we mapped critical pain points across shipment planning, yard visibility, and inspection processes. The redesigned TMS introduced a modular interface, smarter filters, and intuitive task hierarchies—allowing dispatchers to make faster, more informed decisions with fewer clicks.
